Cocktail Glass - Dry Shake - Double Strain
.5 oz. Rosemary Simple Syrup
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Grand Marnier
1.5 oz. Old Forester Bourbon, 86 proof
.75 oz. Egg White
Add all ingredients to shaker and shake 10 seconds without ice and then add ice and shake additional 10 seconds. Double strain into cocktail glass. Top with .5 oz. Lambrusco or until the cocktail turns red.
Garnish: Rosemary Sprig
