For over thirty years, Seasons has been Durango's table: open-fire steaks, seafood, burgers and exceptional cellar. Long enough that we've fed generations of this town: the big celebration nights and the ordinary Tuesdays alike. High heels, sneakers, and hiking boots all pull up to the same table here. The welcome's the same, and at Seasons even a beer at the bar feels special.
At the center of Seasons is our exhibition kitchen, where steaks, seafood, and seasonal specialties come to life in front of you. The menu is a classic American grill, shaped by a team that has cooked in nationally acclaimed kitchens. This pedigree shows up in globally influenced dishes that bring something unexpected to Durango.
First built by former longtime owner Karen Barger and tended carefully ever since, our wine cellar has always been part of the Seasons experience. Our list, recognized every year by Wine Spectator, has earned a loyal following among guests who appreciate a thoughtful pairing, although you'll never need a sommelier's vocabulary to enjoy it. Between the award-winning cellar, warm and attentive service, and our private dining spaces, Seasons has been the center of Durango's dining scene for three decades.
The bar is its own kind of craft. The cocktail program is inventive and seasonal with house infusions, fresh-pressed juices, and a rotating list built with the same ambition that drives the kitchen. Add happy hour every day from four o'clock, and the bar becomes the easiest reason in town to walk in without a reservation and stay awhile.
Seasons is owned by Ken Trujillo, who was raised in Durango and spent several decades practicing law in Philadelphia before buying his family's longtime favorite restaurant. His goals are simple: great food and wine, great service, and great value - for the people who've been coming here for years, and the ones walking in for the first time.
